Course Description
This course will go over the production process stages of porcelain tiles. Thanks to a selection of images of a production plant, this presentation will reveal the different processes involved in the creation of porcelain tiles. From the collection and storage of different fine raw materials, the creation of atomized material (the soul of porcelain), the pressing, the traditional and high definition digital decoration, the firing up to 2,500° F, the rectification, and the sorting and packaging of the finished good, you will be able to understand how such a beautiful and performing product is made.
